The "Creating Postpartum Wellness" Hypnosis Recordings are an integral part of the all-natural six week program (click here to learn more about the "Creating Postpartum Wellness" Program). Both enjoyable and effective, these recording sets offer a variety of titles from which to choose.

Each Recording Set includes a Hypnosis Session for daytime, with a count up at the end to bring you back to full awareness, a Subliminal Recording with light music you can listen to at any time throughout your day, and a Hypnosis Session for nighttime, with an ending to guide you into a deep and wonderful sleep after the session ends.

Each hypnosis session combines a powerful hypnotic session with a relaxing and soothing background of music and nature, and lasts from 20 to 35 minutes.  The hypnosis sessions begin with a general body relaxation followed by hypnosis, and then a count up for the daytime recordings, or suggestions for deep and comfortable sleep in the nighttime recordings.

Each subliminal recording combines pleasant music implanted with inaudible statements.  The statements are imbedded in the music, and activate the hypnotic suggestions put into your subconscious mind by the coinciding hypnosis recording.

After having a baby some women find that they have lost interest in sex.  Giving birth and caring for a newborn can be exhausting.  Not only are you exhausted, but during the weeks after labor and delivery a woman’s hormone levels plummet.  All of this added together can make it difficult to have any interest in sex.  That is to be expected for a few weeks.
