Well I am 6 months postpartum and learned too much during this crucial time period. I got almost all problems associated to post partum - hemorrhoids, anal fisher, vaginal tear, loose joints, postpartum depression, thyroditious and etc.

The most important tip is that always limit your activity to your home for 3 months with a healthy diet and hire a postpartum doula. A small fault can lead you to big problems which can last for a long time.

Don't try to be superwoman. Keep your urge in control to do all chores which you were not able to do during pregnancy. Your health is more important than everything.
